Well, somehow, I feel that better hide "low reputation (possibly around 20)" & the "muted posts" behind a fairly simple and easy to expand "Click 2 Reveal" warning/indicator, so that users generally stay in control.
Would suggest/advise to avoid "secret shadowbans" and rather keep everything equally transparent, preferably "safe by default", and fairy easy to possibly "Unhide with Toggle!"
