Its not something new again that life has lots of challenges and many of these challenges comes with so many risks . One is how we can see even the business men invest so much money when importing goods they do not know if they will get at the end of the day from overseas. Another is how we see people take up profession that is very hard, but because money is involved, they stick to the end. Example of this are the footballers who toil on the field and grow into success.
And I can say that when it comes to social media and the creating of contents, lots of mind games are involved with the drive to keep moving up no matter what ever risk that is involved. So its visibly glaring in our faces that people can go to any length to do anything in other to get attention that will make them go viral . And this very opportunity is made possible due to how technology made things very accessible.
Before this era of the internet, technology and innovation , life was slower than this because many people did not have the access to do things and show themselves out there. I still remembered how hard it was before this era for people to get popular. But this is why technology era is one biggest opportunity for the 21st century generation.
People of this era, especially the content creators can do anything for fame and this why on the street videoing and picture taking does not matter to them even when danger is involved. All they care about is that content that will make people watch them and make them go viral. For me this is not the way to live life, but who cares when money 馃挵 and famous is their priority .
I sometimes wonder why is that people are out to watch anything they see on the internet. I mean, people are the ones giving opportunities to this kinds of content chasing individuals who by all means want to go viral even with posting things that are not credible because they wants to make money.
Although, we know that many people have made money 馃挵 from creating contents that has meanings and helpful, leading into success, brand deals and endorsements. The effort they kept by creating good awareness or vital information is why they got rewarded. But many have also sold shame online, doing things that are despicable. But for me, what goes around, comes around. Only time will truly tell if you are doing it right and this is why thinking before acting is important.
However, we know how hard the economy of most countries became unmanageable, forcing and causing youths to even go into what they don鈥檛 like. So we could say many are looking for survival, others striving to make ends meet which is why they are not caring with what ever they are posting. But in all, I don鈥檛 think chasing viral fame even with risk involved is worth it.
