I love how huge your rhubarb plants are. Mine is small yet in its second year. I would love to make a BBQ sauce out of it; that sounds wonderful. Your raised beds should make your gardening much easier at that height. I would like to add another layer to two of mine, maybe in the fall. All the plants look great and should start taking off with the warmer weather. Yay!
