If I water heavily, I only do it every other day. But mostly, I top them all a little each day if they look dry. When it is cloudy out, they stay wet longer, but you're right, the fans do dry them out quicker, but make for stronger plants. It's nice to finally be out there. Today, I'm doing the lettuce in the floating rafts.
