Great job getting the seeds organized and ordered. I'm going check out your posts on what seeds like. I soak the Rosemary seeds in water overnight before sowing and then put the tray on a heat mat until they pop. That usually works for me. If you have a plant that you saved in the house, take some snips from the tender shoots and root them. I've done both successfully but never heard of Costmary.
