I can only imagine how exhausting it must be to clean up and repair all the damage from the flood. I had that happen to me once when I was just married over 50 years ago. A canal I lived next too broke and flooded the entire area for miles. It was a nightmare cleaning up all the soot from the dirt and trying to salvage anything left.
