I can not express how surprised I was as I have not been able to purchase a new pc. Using an apple is a game changer for me. I hope you can get yours fixed as I know to well how poorly the old ones can get. Mine is a windows 7 to and has been acting poorly for some time. That is 2hy I have been dumping so many photos and files. I have already deleted 30000 pictures alone. Lol
