Oh no, the birds eat onion? That makes gardening so hard when you have to fight with the creatures. I was so excited to have all the onions and garlic do so well. I will be sure to be growing them again. I am so sorry you lost yours to the birds. I wonder if some type of hoop system covered with netting to keep them out would be helpful. Just a thought.
