Right? This summer seems to have flown by, and the gardens are winding down with the cooler nights. The tomatoes are still going strong though, I'm not done processing by far.

I like roasting them in the oven, I just cut them in half and bake at 450°F until the skins blister. It makes it easier for me than boiling them to release the skin.

Lemongrass is so easy to grow and yes, expensive too. I love exploring new ways to use the things I grow for recipes. The lemongrass is the newest and I'm looking forward to finding great ways to use it.

Well, I'm learning how to use the Lemongrass in recipes myself. Beet greens are a fav of my hubby, so I do multiple sowings to enjoy them. Have a great weekend.
