I think it is just a habit now that people realize how regular table salt isn't the best for us. I use Baja Gold sea salt, Celtic sea salt, Himalayan sea salt and Kosher. Each one has different minerals

I do a lot of freezer stuff too, but the shelf life is longer with processing. Plus, when I lose power I don’t have to worry so much. lol😜

You will enjoy the fritters, and it is a good way to use up a lot of zucchinis. I need to plant some beets where the onions were for a fall harvest as I didn't get many from this spring.
