We are having the same weather this week. Lots of rain until the weekend but warmer temps finally. Your daffodils are up early compared to mine. They are just about 7" tall but no buds yet.

The Bok choi is a tiny variety and a regular size too. We shall see how they do. I need to harvest some of the spinach today. I love my greenhouse! It has grown a lot of plants over the past 20 years.
