Have fun making some and no you do not have to blanch the leaves before dehydrating. Just wash them and chop them and dry them on a low heat setting. It takes a few hours before they are crisp and dry

We have been watering all the gardens heavily with this heat wave. The plants seem to be doing okay so far. Glad to see you get the air conditioner out as I am sure you will need it. We lost power this

I bet you will be happy when you finally get the rest of the flowers planted. Then you can focus on tending the gardens and begin harvesting all the goodies you have planted. Stay cool in this hot weather.

I so agree, the plants bring so much joy when something new blooms each week. I can hardly believe it is summer already. Time seems to have flown by since seed starting in February. ♥
