Let's start from basic meditation is nothing but keeping one's concentration on one thing without any waves of disturbances. That is practicing calmness for sometime daily then going further in increasing time to see the wonders of it. If we talk further it is a practice of keeping our thoughts blank for seconds, then minutes, ultimately for hours to get the best out of it. Initial practice will be for minutes with so many hurdles, but later u will gain control on ur mind and then u will experience miracles of meditation which is a part of yoga. Much more to discuss in further posts as told earlier it is an ocean, we will try to swim atleast for some distance.
