Design concept

I used the utopian logo as a blinking eye with eye ball movement

I made my slides in Powerpoint, then saved as JPG, then convert with GIPHY.com to GIF.

Step 1

I insert the Utopian black logo PNG and remove the background

I need to resize, re-position and rotate the PNG

Step 2

I created a blue eye effect

Step 3

I made eye ball movements

Step 4

I made blinking close eye

Saved all Powerpoint slides as as JPG

---

Step 5

I go to giphy.com to convert the JPG to GIF

---

Step 6

I added text and effect with GIPHY

---

Step 7

Saved and downloaded
