Sketch: Jerusalem圣墓教堂

我的素描：圣墓教堂。
这应该就是耶稣被钉十字架，死亡，埋葬和复活的地方。在耶路撒冷老城中间很难看到它。我们将不得不发挥我们的想象力，因为我们只能看到教堂的建筑。耶稣怎么在教堂里中死去？
传统告诉我们，在耶稣时代，这整个地区都是在城外。换句话说，在巨大石墙外的野地。城外是没有保护的，古代的犹太人也有自己的习俗，墓地都在城外。所以城市是为人类居住的，外面则不是。
三百多年后，康斯坦丁的母亲来到这里，开始在＂所谓的圣地建造教堂。 这是圣墓的开始。
My Sketch: The Church of Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem.
This is supposed to be the place where Jesus was crucified, died, buried and resurrected. It is very difficult to see all these in the middle of the Old City of Jerusalem. We will have to stretch our imaginations, for all we can see with our eyes are church buildings. No way that Jesus died inside a Church!
Well, traditions tells us that in Jesus' time, the whole area was outside the City. In another words, it is the country side just outside the massive stone city walls. What is outside is unprotected, and the ancient Jews did have their customs to bury the died outside the wall. Therefore the city is for human habitation, outside is not. Then after more than three hundred years years, the mother of Constantine came and started to build churches at the supposed Holy Sites. That is the beginning of the Holy Sepulchre.
