Nice post that caught my attention. Try hitting (enter) after a paragraph or so. So it gives it some space. It would be a lot easier to read with that. Maybe, it's more difficult to read on my phone.

Yeah, that's great man. I was a heavy smoker too. I stopped about a week after I was diagnosed. It was weird because everytime I smoked I thought about death. So smoking really didn't become a stress reliever
