A lot of us work hours non stop on our laptops and phones. As a result, many of us experience discomfort in our eyes. What is this discomfort and how can it be handled?
My next post will deal with what this discomfort is. One of the ways of handling it though is by the use of anti reflective lenses.
ANTI REFLECTIVE LENSES
Anti reflective lenses are lenses which contain anti reflective (AR) coating. This AR coating makes your glasses look nearly invisible so your eyes and facial expressions can be seen more clearly.
Anti reflective lenses are simply lenses for all occasion because they are attractive in all lighting conditions
What then are the benefits of anti reflective lenses?

• Anti reflective lenses reduce eye fatigue from computer vision syndrome
• they eliminate glare from overhead lighting
• they also eliminate reflection off front glasses
• they improve vision when watching TV or playing video games
• they reduce night vision glare from oncoming vehicles

So next time you want to get lenses from your Optometrist, be sure to get anti reflective lenses.
