The stores, from what I've read, are going to carry basic staples. These won't be stores where you can go in and buy stuff you see in other stores. In my opinion, I think these are being set up as a model type store for what's coming for people on SNAP, the SNAP card will become a Basic Commodity Card and people will only be able to use them at government run stores to buy basic staples.
