I don't think most of Washington is on that list. I think there is powerful people on that list but not everyone in Washington is powerful, at least not to the point of collapsing the government. I think it's an overstatement that world governments would collapse over this. Most governments have safe guards in place with underlings who'd step into position if a leader was arrested, ousted, or forced to resign. Not everyone is a complete idiot and their sexual escapades are a open secret like with Matt Gaetz. A lot of the fear isn't just in exposing for sexual misconduct, there's a multitude of reasons people fear telling others secrets, there not all sexual, plus they have to fear being taken out in a primary, and fear of harm to themselves or family members.
