This is something that is basically a general observation as I am use to living in a mixed environment over the years, and am related to matrix of mixed individuals. Recently though I had my duplex up for rent and I had a number of inquiries where these organizations would pay up to a year of rent plus deposit for individuals they described as needing time to get on their feet or had fallen on hard times. I didn't take them up on their offers, what if a year goes by and they can't pay on their own, it now takes almost four months to evict people, so you could lose a big chunk of that paid for rent. I've been a landlord for 35 years, something of this nature is totally unheard of. I've heard of sec 8 housing, and I've have a couple of times had sec 8 renters so I am totally at a loss and curious as to where all this money is coming from that organizations can afford to pay people's rent for up to a year. As I was saying to someone else the other day, I had recently got a puppy. So I am out walking it all the time, they are so high energy. This has given me an opportunity to get closer to people than I have in the last two, three years. What I noticed is that the people of color in my community is changing. A lot of them aren't African Americans, they are people from a multitude of different countries. Totally unlike from years prior where most are just African Americans. The change up is so dramatically different, it made me go back upon hearing Biden saying "rebuilding communities of color", which technically, in the form upon which we think it is being said, it isn't, because gentrification, "the rebuilding", is actually was removing people of color, along with low income poor white people, as once the rebuilding is complete, they can't afford to move back in the neighborhoods or areas that are gentrified. So technically, when you think of it in that manner, this isn't how you see it played out on the boards where people believe that the white race is being targeted, which in a way it wasn't as a whole, just low income, just like low income minorities. Those are the increasing number of homeless. Of course that leads you to asking why they'd want to replace communities of color with other color of people from around the world. The answer would be that they consider African Americans to share that same labeled trait they've put on other Americans, they feel to self entitled, regardless of the fact that when it comes to minorities, it's the governments own fault they feel entitled to benefits in a different mannerism than their white counterparts. For the working class individuals of both nationalities, they also feel entitled to good wages and benefits. A livable wage. Given all that, the people that have been coming in over the last four years of the Biden administration, come from a host of different countries with many of those countries living under some pretty strict tyrants, poverty, crime and gangs, so coming here is a totally different environment. These are happy people, they remind me of a couple of dudes who use to come in my video store who were from Somalia. We got into a conversation one day about racism in America and how they handle that, they laughed, they said it was nothing compared to what they lived like in Somalia, always worrying about getting ambushed or killed everywhere they went. Fleeing violence all the time. They were a couple of the happiest dudes I'd ever met. That's what a lot of the current influx appears to be, just happy to be here, and they more than likely have a deep gratitude for it and are thankful and appreciative, and definitely lacking that self entitlement that our current non elected and elected officials seem to disparage in Americans as a whole not as a class. That's why, when it come to the vaccines, everyone was target, there were no exclusions in that often talked about targeting of western culture. Unbeknownst or you could call it a miscalculation on their part, that if they flood the cities full of individuals who would be more appreciative of the freedoms afforded to them and the lower wages and benefits the elites want to offer, that only works for a generation or so, because future generations will not have lived under such horrid conditions and will be less appreciative of a future where there is no growth in wages and benefits. When people like Jared Kushner said they've been over the history of the last seventy five years to see what worked and what didn't work, it's obvious they failed to acknowledge the fight over workers right. As such, they fail to have acknowledged the chances that such a fight could rise again.
Now, in the overall undertone of where this could all be going with LA, if it should escalate into an all out battle, I think you could take the UBI out of the equation, because the objective is to take back control, rebuild to a society of people who don't feel entitled. That really is the only way they could entice jobs back to America, import their own cheap, but happy to do it, laborers, at least up until some point in history. First though, they have to take back control, get rid of those feeling self entitled, those living on the streets receiving SSI or food cards. Violence in the streets will achieve that objective. It's more than likely not just about building back better materially, or energy wise but about rebuilding society as a whole, targeting the worse areas at a time.
