I have to admit, this definitely takes the cake for post unworthy of even an upvote let alone 11.38 cents in upvotes. I quit complaining about this shit years ago because it never mattered outside of getting downvoted for complaining, which just makes it worse yet....but to make 11.38 cents for posting up a headline, I'll take the downvote hits if I have to. Truly despicable. Even the link posted in the comments don't lead one to the article, making it incredibly despicable.
