Yeah well lets put a basketball court across from your house and let Ye and everybody else play that music so loud that even ear plugs can't help you. It is, right, his right to infringe upon the peaceful enjoyment of your property in a decentralized world. If it isn't, who you going to call, ghost busters, or in a decentralized world you just going to go over there and shoot them.
Just admit what it really is, he's out for the money, he doesn't care who he leads astray to make it, that anyone else suffers the consequences, he just cares about making the money and the only way to do that is to get more outrageous than others to get attention.
