Not this particular plan, maybe a revision from failed prior policies, after many Road Runner and Wiley Coyote failures in the middle east. But that would have to conclude that Trump was well advised in advance what the particular objective would be concerning the middle east before he even announced a run for president. It's not like they'd bring him in if they didn't know he had, what Trump himself terms, the "right ingredient" to get the job done, and this would have been exclusive between him and the policy makers as everyone else told Kushner this wasn't going to fly.
