The DOB, Department of Buildings in NY authorized under emergency measures the filling of the tunnels to stabilize the buildings that had been dug under and the wall that had been broken through to another building. The reason, from the article I read, was that certain "evil" (what the church spokesperson said) persons among them had decided to dig the tunnel to gain access to other buildings. Won't be the first time in NY someone(s) have done that.

There's another one where reporters go up to Trump exiting a building, I want to say it's from 2015, they asked him if he knew Michael Moore, he replied "I just left his office, great guy" or something to that effect.
