It's true Trump signed an executive order in Sept 2019 that mandated all new vaccines be made with new technologies. It's true Trump is best buddies with Vivek Ramaswamy who held the failed patent to the LNP used in the vaccines. It's also true that Trump threatened them to get the vaccine out before they were finished with writing the sheet that contains advisories that come inside boxes or are stapled to prescription drugs bags.
