I highly doubt it. To take down Pfizer Pfizer in return will take down Trump. Trump high pressured them by threatening to fire people within the FDA if they didn't have the vaccine out before he left office. Doctors across the nation, even the globe for that matter, could be prescribing non Pfizer products or prescribing than less often in a quiet self retaliation for the government forcing them to get the vaccine.
