I was going to say last night after watching your video that I wouldn't think anything particularly odd about those two people just having been walking around. They live in an environment where these things end up having a normalcy to them. I would compare it to here in the US where most convenience stores once owned by Americans are now owned by a majority of Arabs/Indians (India)/Koreans, it's the environment from which they come from that makes owning a party store pale in comparison from that which they've been exposed to on a much higher scale, whereas Americans are not use to violence.
