I got pulled over three, four weeks ago and I think the cop thought I was in denial of his existence of sorts. He pulled me over and said I failed to put my blinker on twice when making turns. I told him I was just headed home going through the neighborhood and didn't even notice him behind me. He said "I thought maybe you were trying to disrespect me", I replied I didn't even notice he was behind me. I admit when I am jamming in my car I keep my train of thought focused forward and sideways of me so as I can jam and make sure I am not missing someone coming off a side street so I guess it could be I didn't see his flashers at first because I wasn't paying attention to what was behind me. I don't think he had his flashers on the whole time cause how could I miss that I have no idea, maybe he didn't and he just thought I was looking back in the mirror also as I was driving. I know I tend to get a bit laid back strolling though the side streets instead of the main arteries, combine that with a good tune upon the radio and it's no wonder I wasn't looking at who was behind me.
