On any given tuesday all the illegal immigrants would show up and it'd no longer be availably free to Americans. Not that I am saying kids don't come first because they do regardless of any type of status but the main reason you see so many American adults having dental issues is because once what was income based, or low cost to free dental care to adults is now taken up making sure children crossing the border with their parents have access to dental care.

Back a several years ago when I had no dental insurance there was a lady who worked at one of our low cost clinics in the city which included a dental office in the mainly Hispanic area of our city. She'd come into my salon for electrologist services which were cheaper than most offered in the city. One day I asked her if she had any pull to get me into the dental clinic over there, her reply was "those low cost services are for Hispanic people", next time she called me to schedule an appointment I told her my low cost electrologist services were for white people" and hung up on her. Sometimes it just is what it is.
