Decentralization of anything isn't going to prove to work any better, it's just not in man's nature. Given the opportunity to change and prove it would work is seen here on this site that it absolutely cannot. Doesn't matter if they drop bombs out of an airplane, run tanks across a battlefield or use the downvote mechanism to silence dissent, man just can't be trusted to treat people fairly and equitably, there is no such thing as equal distribution of anything. Stop kidding yourself.
