It's a bit harsher than I would have gone with it but than I haven't been reading his stuff for very long. All I know is that he basically is coping and pasting parts of different articles and paraphrasing parts of them to make it appear he's not plagiarizing. Like the part he gave an example of he could have spoken what the guy said but he can't just say "he than added" and copy and paste the rest. He can say what he said in pink but he has to do the actual quote in quotations for it not to be plagiarism.
"I also raised a number of other problems and expressed it all at the highest level frankly and extremely harshly" (link to quote) You can also link the quote at the bottom of the page by assigning a number to the quotes within the article.
""I also raised a number of other problems and expressed it all at the highest level frankly and extremely harshly" (1) He has to do that with every piece of information he gleans from every article for it not to be plagiarism.
Like I said I'd done been a whale by now as news addicted as I am, reading everything in sight, just think how rich I could be if it was just a matter of taking different articles, copy and paste parts of them, than add some paraphrasing to make it appear as it's my own words. From what I understand you can't even take a sentence and change it into your own words because you are not the originator of the thought/comment/written content.
It's a shame what some people get away with while others struggle in frustration over the demands to get it right.
