Yeah I missed your gardening post. I only put in two tomato plants this year, maybe on the verge of finally selling this place. I don't hold out high hopes. It's not that offers aren't coming in as I am surprised how many are, according to the realtor who hasn't even looked at it herself yet, willing to make offers sight unseen and as is, low ball 275,000 to 299,000 high. I guess two family duplexes are in high demand in this area. The problem is I won't sell until I am signing out of this place while signing into another and where I want to go the pickings are slim, and I'd probably have to build to have a two family so there's all that to consider, which means getting more money financed. I just don't want to go somewhere I really don't want to be, that's what I did here, thought I'd be here five years or less and I've been here over thirty. I hate it just as much as the day I moved here.
