They probably just use the colorado river as propaganda for climate change because logically if you have over the decades an expanding population, increase irrigation for to plant more food for that population than of course, mixed with events from nature you are going to have a declining river.
I remember reading an article quite awhile back that scientist were working to develop these ice making machines, I don't know if it was actually ice, ice, I can't recall...but the object was to use them in the artic to replace melting snow and ice. If they have these cloud making machines why don't they use that to shield the area from the suns rays, unless the rain that comes from the cloud is warmer and would work just the opposite effect. It probably cost untold millions to develop these machines so I would doubt they'd use them unless it was a last resort situation.
Here's the thing about Trump a lot of people aren't getting, he's lost half his base, those individuals who supported him in the past, including myself, aren't suffering from TDS. His supporters are a minority now, the majority don't want him and it's not because they are suffering from TDS. Chances are better than not that in that interview with Tucker last week he admitted he did the nasty. Now it couldn't be nuclear weapons he was talking about because he said it was taboo to talk about it, he didn't say the word taboo but that's what he meant. You know he didn't do like he did with the leader of the Taliban and send Xi and Putin a picture of their houses with an x on it either...so what's the nasty? It had to have been covid for them to say "you wouldn't do that".
There is no pretext at all for a energy transition. Europe wouldn't have spent billions of dollars putting in pipelines, pipeline connectors, LNG port, built 8 new refineries in India and some in China on a pretext. Well they didn't build them investors did backed by guarantees from development bank monies. That's not a pretext that's real. The pretext is it's being done for climate change and not cheaper energy imports into Europe. The reason Europeans are paying so much for energy is because they have to pay the investors back. It was "no loss" guarantees meaning the development banks don't pay unless there is a loss that occurs. As each project is paid off they can than use those same monies and back more green energy projects into what they call a fourth industrial revolution energy style.
