It might come as a shock to you and Patsy but there's no treason here. This one isn't on me either it comes from someone's opinion piece I read a while back. Not sure it was on Hive that I read it but if it was it probably was an edicted post as he often publishes these sort of explanatory (logic) reasoning post. The key word is "law", "Congress shall make no law". No law no running afoul of the law or the constitution, the opinion piece went into detail of all the stuff you mentioned and what they were all doing but there's no law that says they can't engage in those activities just that they can't make a law legalizing those activities.
