You act like I am sticking up for Pfizer. I am not. They are not doing directed evolution yet, they may if they continue on with trying to come up with a yearly shot that covers all variants. They haven't finished yet going through the regulatory process to get the universal flu vaccine approved. I am not taking it, nor will I take a universal covid shot or any covid shot. They've lost the trust of the vast majority of people. Is that going to stop them? No. But lying about stuff isn't helping it's only adding to the confusion. They really didn't explain that if it was a variant of covid that wasn't showing signs of the original gains or other viruses, but it doesn't matter because it has to be done, whether it's another variant, RSV, Flu or Monkey Pox, limited number of cases means up against currently circulating viruses. Unless you'd rather wait until the possibility of covid merging with RSV in the wild could entail. It could make Monkey Pox burn like a forest fire through the population if Monkey Pox gained the gain of functions in covid. I mean really dude at this point it is what it is regardless of how diabolical it was. I'd rather they know in advance than having kids dropping dead left and right, or everyone being infected with Monkey Pox, or some super influenzas bug develops. As hard as it is for you or I to face the quagmire we've been exposed to not knowing would be worse if covid make another virus deadlier, maybe lethal. They aren't deliberately trying to gain a function to circulating viruses, they are trying to see what those viruses will do if they merged naturally in the wild. When it comes to lethality I'd rather they know especially when it comes to kids. Would I tell my kids to have their kids vaccinated or take some other antiviral? Depends if it's killed a kid here or there or if it's killed five hundred thousand across the country. If your kids laying in a bed dying what difference would it make at that point if they got the antiviral despite you don't trust the bastards, sometimes in life you are damned if you do and damned if you don't.
