This whole thing has nothing to do with climate change but everything to do with sending off oil to third world countries to be refined in a less regulatory environment by low wage workers. To be able to complete with that is why Trump gave Africa thirty billion dollars in development monies. They are schedule to come online within this year and some by 2024. By the time people finally figure out how they've been bamboozled it will be to late to do anything about it, sort of how the Europeans are stuck right now.
