It's Kraft Macaroni and Cheese in a box, Kraft is a popular brand of macaroni sold here in the US. It has the macaroni in the box with a dried cheese packet that you add milk and butter to mix into the macaroni when it's done. I added tuna fish, a can of corn and topped it with potato chips. If you try it the sauces will stick better to better to noodles if after draining you return to the pan and place back on the still warm burner and stir unless the shine (moisture) is gone off the noodles.
