I know Liz was busy writing a proposal to cap energy cost at $2500. I don't know if that meant a month or yearly cap but non the less I'd be hard pressed to reach $2500 on a yearly basis thus far. This winter all bets are off as they are saying our natural gas bills will rise one hundred percent of what they were last year.
