So busy talking about that class I forgot to add what my brother said to me. He said they give you these little pills and expect that all of a sudden the birds are going to be singing, the sun shining and everything in life all of a sudden is in full bloom. To this day there isn't anything they've given him that has helped. There's that old saying about when life hands you a lemon....well he'd get handed them by the bowls full, sort of hard when you get weighted down by them....there's just no pill that can overcome all that.
