Nothing is ever infinite. We will one day run out of resources but that's hundreds to a thousand years or better down the road. There isn't a site you don't visit that will tell you approximately how many years those reserves will last. Six hundred to a thousand is a good call on a lot of them, I am sure they'll find more but still, overall, man will have to keep evolving to adjust, it's just not at the urgency that they are all calling for.
