I haven't read anything on it today yet, it may be reported on some blog sites but tonight they were saying that Biden is saying a cyber attack by Russia is imminent. If that happens and given that he said he told Russia he gave them a list of site that are off limits than you know for sure this stuff is planned and choregraphed to take place. Shouldn't be a doubt left after that.
