I've pondered that thought recently. I am not so sure in regards to him/them or not, I figure I can do it and gain the income generated off selling it or let some investor come along if I were to sell it and do the exact same thing. I was so close to being out of here than the pandemic screwed everything up along with my son's mental breakdown. That was a whole lot of anguish I'd rather not get into, it's over and came at a whole lot of expense and personal lost to me but I'd rather move forward remembering how hard he worked to make me proud for the four years before his breakdown that he faithfully paid his rent next door. In the thirty years I've been here I've never had a tribulation like that one. I came out of that with like two bucks left among three credit cards. In as stressful and a mess that all was it was that year of not having someone over there I found a deep serenity inside that I hadn't experienced in a whole lot of years. With the environment the way it is right now and not knowing the stability of things to come I am hesitant to make any decisions at the moment, thirty years in the making and it's not the human condition(s) I am confronted with but a stupid virus. Go figure.
