There's nothing really news worthy in all that. Everyone knows the government charges what could be considered outrageous users fees but considering the fact some people reviewing the data are scientist they don't come cheap. So the government can either charge the fees or the taxpayer can pick up the dime. I would imagine there may be some products that get a lot of pushback to get through the approval process, I would imagine those products have gone through the review process and paid those outrageous fees numerous times, at that point who knows they could even have gone to paying people off to get it through and that may be where the pushback comes from. That's just me speculating on that part.

I've become a bit more skeptical of James lately. It seems some of his stuff is more contrived, they have someone go out with some dweeb that doesn't even work in vaccine develop to ask him questions that most of us are aware of a number of them. Anyone who has worked for the government knows there's a limit on what you can say, they have people sign contractual agreements to it so that's probably why we are already aware of some answers. The stuff people aren't aware of he isn't either.

Personally this video, in my opinion, has all the markings of being an interview and not an undercover investigation.
