Inflation, your forgot to factor in inflation between now and then, okay I 'll stop being a debbie downer and wish you luck in your endeavor, looks inviting and beautiful. I did chuckle at this though "with being able to be somewhere where you can simply forget that the rest of the world even exists" which reminded me of quite a few years, should be decades I guess, when my first son was about a year old we took a trip up into the U.P. here, there also you could forget the rest of the world even exist, as such we decided it'd be fun to let him sit on his dad's lap and drive....what could possibly go wrong out in the vast wilderness of our state? Sure as can be here goes a state trooper down the road past us....and yes he did notice but before he could turn around and pull us over I grabbed him and threw him back into his car seat. We didn't get ticketed or anything of such, he never mentioned seeing him by chance happening to be driving and we weren't about to mention it either, he just said we were going a bit fast, which we weren't but I guess he had no other excuse outside of calling us out on it so he just said slow down a bit could have a deer dash out in front of us.
