The ones with casinos I'd say yes. I don't think they should be given federal funds over tribes without them. There are many tribes out there who struggle. They can't afford lobbyist or to hire people who can write request for grant monies like these rich tribes. Many of these tribes with casino's do take exceptional care of those living on tribal lands, they offer them housing, medical and nursing home care, they also take care of funeral expenses for those living on tribal lands. You'd think these tribes would forgo securing any of the federal monies available so tribes who struggle could build something to sustain themselves...so in essence, or you could say when it really comes down to it they could really care less about those who have a similar lineage as their own. Which shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone because that's historical. What were they doing before the white man got here?....warring among themselves. In that regard, characteristically, they are no less guilty of crimes against humanity. If no one had ever shown up on American soil ultimately, similarly, they'd built a nation that also hinged on the ability of tribal dominance, superiority of one would have ruled over all others. When they try that white guilt trip stuff on me that we stole their land and massacred their people I simple turn it around on them, I agree white men denied them the opportunity to steal land from each other by massacring other tribes which they were doing before white man got here, taken in that regard maybe you should consider yourselves lucky we got here before the Russians or the Chinese.

Mans inhumanity to man knows no boundaries or exclusions, it is not an exception it is a rule.
