I am doubtful of that. I just don't care enough anymore to go back and look at what they said they were going to do to lower their inflation rate by reducing rewards and if they did it. I don't even follow those people anymore who make these decisions and implement them, that's where all the complaining goes on against it. It's a waste of time getting upset over the same old same old tactics that works to the benefit of the top tier. This place is about as centralized as any system.
