I have never been one to sit and try to figure out the inner workings of the system, there use to be people around who could spell it out to you in simple terms but I haven't seen any of them around in a long time. I know there was talk of reducing the rewards pool rewards in the hard folk like they did on steemit but I don't know if they actually went ahead and done that or it's price related.
