Oh, yeah, you reminded me that was another emphasis that needed more clarification before making a decision. I just couldn't see why they'd just out of the blue decide to hit someone with their car....unless the reports of damaging a police car and assaulting an officer came before the video of their encounter seen on video. I just couldn't wrap my head around why they would have decided to ram their car into someone as a first option of response....in a situation like that they wouldn't even have known that was the actual guy they were looking for who ran out of the mental hospital who was tired of waiting for a bed.
