...from one witness account punches just wasn't getting the job done and the cops weren't the first to throw punches. I don't know, the full story isn't out there yet. The one cop who kicked him in the head is on suspension, which is justifiable since five cops (according to the eyewitness) already had him restrained. He isn't the only one who kicked him but the others haven't been suspended probably because he attacked the cops first, then he tried to fun, then more punches were thrown, he went down, they kicked him, (I don't know if they kicked him because he wouldn't stay down but like I said they haven't been suspended yet). Then it also gets confusing because it said there were reports of a man acting erratically and when police responded the person assaulted a cop and damaged a police car.....so until they sort it all out and what exactly did transpire and when I can't say whether he deserved most of what he got outside the kick to the head or not...the kick to the head seemed quite heavy handed.
