It's an example of how a SYSTEM can be designed to make participants more efficient.

I know individuals cannot fix systemic failures, that is why I included my link. Individuals who work more efficiently are not the norm. The objectivity for the vast majority of individuals is to figure how to be as inefficient as possible because being as efficient as possible means more work. Team work, mission statement, been there done that....it does not work.
